Driving change from within.

Our diverse and inclusive culture.
We value the wealth of knowledge, skills and experience a diverse workforce brings to our business, and believe our services are richer for it. It’s why we employ a diverse workforce that reflects the communities we serve. It allows us to harness the different skills, expertise and lived experiences of our colleagues so that we can improve as an organisation and serve our people and the public better.
Our commitment to inclusive recruitment.
As an equal opportunity employer and Disability Confident Leader, we strive to make sure our recruitment process is fair, inclusive and accessible to all.

Our Hiring Managers are 'Licenced to Recruit'
Our hiring managers receive extensive training on inclusive recruitment so that the recruitment process is as inclusive as possible and hiring decisions are free from bias.
All interviews are conducted by managers that have completed this training and have obtained a ‘Licence to Recruit’ certificate.
Our colleague networks.
Driving forward diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) is an ongoing journey. To help us, we have six colleague-led networks that represent our diverse workforce, help us implement our DEI strategy by serving on our DEI Board. They hold us to account as an organisation and help shape our DEI agenda so that everyone has equitable access to opportunities for career development without fear of discrimination.
