Ever year we help thousands of people take control of their own health and wellbeing by providing personalised support to reduce health risks and promote a better quality of life.
We deliver a range of health programmes across the country and are always looking for passionate and caring individuals to join our team of health and wellbeing coaches.
About the role.
As a Health and Wellbeing Coach, you’ll empower individuals to set and achieve health goals, focusing on lifestyle behaviours to reduce risks, improve self-management of chronic conditions, and enhance overall quality of life. You’ll provide personalised support through face-to-face, telephonic, and digital coaching tailored to each individual’s specific needs, location, and preferences.

- A qualified health coach with experience in delivering behaviour change interventions for specific lifestyle related issues
- A compassionate individual capable of supporting vulnerable people through a change process
- Someone with a strong understanding of the social determinants of health and behaviour change principles
- An excellent communicator, capable of supporting people from a variety of backgrounds via face-to-face, telephonic and digital health coaching

Annual Leave entitlement
We offer 25 days annual leave, with the option to buy or sell up to five days of leave during the annual benefits window. To reward long-serving colleagues, your annual leave entitlement increases to 27 after five years with the company.
