About the role.
As a Specialist Health Coach, you’ll deliver weight management and behaviour change services that help people to improve their overall health and wellbeing. You’ll provide virtual or face-to-face coaching that is underpinned by behaviour change methodology and empowers individuals to set and achieve their health goals.

- A registered health coach with a relevant degree in nutrition or dietetics
- A compassionate individual with experience delivering group-based behaviour change interventions to children, families or adults
- Someone with experience working in a health, community or social care environment
- An excellent communicator, capable of lesson planning and nutritional/weight management content creation

Annual Leave entitlement
We offer 25 days annual leave, with the option to buy or sell up to five days of leave during the annual benefits window. To reward long-serving colleagues, your annual leave entitlement increases to 27 after five years with the company.
