We're looking for compassionate and caring individuals to join our team of customer service advisors. We have a number of vacancies in our contact centres where we deliver digital customer support to individuals of all backgrounds and abilities.

About the role.

You’ll deal with queries from clients and customers in a caring, courteous and professional manner, while taking initiative with time management and using your organisation skills to meet deadlines. You’ll thrive in a targeted and driven environment, have excellent customer service skills (particularly on telephone) and be able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
