We're looking for inspiring and motivated individuals who are ready to take their career to the next level by becoming a supervisor in one of our contact centres.

Whether you're eager to step into a leadership role for the first time or simply want to take on more responsibility, a supervisor role will allow you to do a job you love whilst mentoring and overseeing a team of customer service advisors.

About the role.

As a supervisor, you’ll work closely with team leaders to ensure our day-to-day operations run smoothly. You will continue to work as an advisor whilst coaching and mentoring a team of advisors to deliver a quality service to our customers.

  • An aspiring leader able to motivate and support a team in achieving targets whilst continuing to carry out customer service advisor duties
  • Someone who is customer-focused and dedicated to ensuring the right support and advice is delivered in a professional, courteous and empathetic manner
  • An excellent communicator with at least two years’ experience in a contact centre environment
  • Someone with a strong desire to continually improve the way we do things – for our customers as well as our colleagues
