We're always looking for passionate Business Managers to lead a team of Case Managers in providing an exceptional service to our customers thought their entire journey.
You'll help set the tone, lead by example and help your team achieve individual and team targets, whilst providing ongoing motivation and support so that they can achieve their personal and professional aspirations.
You will work with key stakeholders and community partners to refer people onto the services and programmes we offer. Together with a team of Case Managers, you’ll be responsible for driving performance and achieving targets. You’ll provide ongoing training, mentoring and support to set colleagues up for success so that they can continue to deliver an outstanding service to our customers.
