We’re seeking Employment Advisors to join our friendly, dedicated team to help people find suitable, sustainable and meaningful employment.
About the role.
You will meet candidates to understand their needs and challenges — supporting, guiding and inspiring them to overcome their barriers to secure meaningful employment.
This will involve creating a development plan with each candidate, securing specialist help (from within Maximus or from partner organisations) and identifying career opportunities which reflect their skills, experience and interests.

Annual Leave entitlement
We offer 25 days annual leave, with the option to buy or sell up to five days of leave during the annual benefits window. To reward long-serving colleagues, your annual leave entitlement increases to 27 after five years with the company.
