Maximus carries out more than one million functional assessments across the UK each year, helping the Department for Work and Pensions make informed decisions about a person's eligibility for benefits.

Our Assessment Centre Managers are vital for ensuring the smooth delivery of these assessments, helping our highly trained doctors, nurses, physiotherapists and occupational therapists deliver an effective, efficient and respectful service.

About the role.

You will lead one of our centres (or a group of smaller centres), overseeing the delivery of assessments, service levels, customer service, facilities and health and safety of customers and colleagues. Working with the operational leadership team, you’ll help drive continuous improvement in the way we work and foster an engaging and supportive environment for your team.
