Maximus carries out more than one million functional assessments across the UK each year, helping the Department for Work and Pensions make informed decisions about a person's eligibility for benefits.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will co-ordinate and oversee the day-to-day operation of one of our Assessment Centres, managing sessions to optimise productivity and ensuring outstanding customer service.
Our Customer Service Representatives are the beating heart of our Assessment Centres. You’ll manage appointment sessions, help customers feel at ease, monitor assessments’ progress and help to manage waiting times so that our customers have a positive experience.
