Before progressing through the shortlisting and interview stages, your application will be assessed by a member of the Clinical Recruitment team to ensure you meet the criteria for the role.
If you meet all requirements you'll be invited to a telephone interview to assess your suitability, fit and motivation for applying for the role.
If you're a good fit for a role with us, you'll be sent a link to complete a timed clinical scenario, which will assess clinical reasoning, analytical skills and language.
If you meet all the criteria for the role during the telephone interview and clinical scenario stages, you'll be invited to complete a virtual competency-based interview to assess your clinical knowledge, transferable skills, motivation for the role and commitment to the values and mission of Maximus.

If you meet all the requirements of the role, you'll be invited to a competency-based interview to assess your suitability for the role and commitment to the values and mission of Maximus. Questions will reflect the criteria of the role outlined in the job description.
Depending on the role you've applied for, it may be appropriate for an exercise to take place. You will be notified if you will need to complete a task as part of your application prior to your interview.
The task may be shared by a member of the recruitment team before your interview, or by the Hiring Manager. We will be respectful of your time so that you have enough time to do a great job.
